(RISB), one of the well-known key players in providing strategic supports to the fast growing Telecommunications, Industrial and Oil & Gas industries in Malaysia and beyond, is proud to announce that the Company has been awarded the prestigious ISO 9001 : 2000 certifications from both DSM (Department of Standards Malaysia) & UKAS (United Kingdom Accreditation Service) Accreditation Bodies on 02 December 2008 and 11 December 2008 respectively.
ISO 9001 is an accepted Worldwide International Standard that endorses a company’s internal Quality Management System and confirms that its products / services satisfy customers’ quality requirements & comply with pre-defined regulations / specifications. The ISO 9001 certification recognizes the Company’s policies, practices and procedures in ensuring consistent quality for products / services we provide to our customers as a result of our dedication to maintain the highest effectiveness and responsiveness in achieving our goal of Total Customer Satisfaction.
