11 Jun Reach Integrated Certified & Registered As “BUMIPUTERA” Status Contractor By Ministry of Finance, Malaysia
Reach Integrated has achieved the status of “BUMIPUTERA” Contractor. This has been regconised by the Ministry of Finance, Malaysia effective 11th June 2007.
This means, the Company has complied to the Ministry of Finance’s requirement of :
a. At least 51% of the Company’s shareholding belongs to Bumiputra(s).
b. At least 51% of the Company’s Board of Directors consist of Bumiputra(s).
c. At least 51% of the Company’s Management consists of Bumiputra(s).
d. At least 51% of the Company’s Total Workforce consists of Bumiputra(s).
e. Total control over the Company’s finance & accounts by Bumiputra(s).
With this new classification, the Company hopes to become more active and effective at sectors requiring minimum Bumiputra(s) participations, particularly in the Government or Semi-Government linked industries.
