PETRONAS Increases Reach Integrated's Pool of Licensed / Registered Categories 4 Jan 2010
PETRONAS has granted Reach Integrated's application for extension of scopes. As of this date, Reach Integrated has a total of 19 active categories licensed or registered with PETRONAS under the classifications in accordance with PETRONAS' SWECs (Standardized Works & Equipment Categories) list.
PETRONAS, the acronym for Petroliam Nasional Berhad, was incorporated on 17 August 1974 under the Malaysian Companies Act 1965. It is wholly-owned by the Malaysian government and is vested with the entire ownership and control of the petroleum resources in Malaysia. Local contractors and suppliers who wish to do business with PETRONAS and other PSCs are first required to register with PETRONAS' Licensing and Registration Section, under the requirement of the Malaysian Petroleum Act 1974.
