Rizwal Mohd Ain co-founded the Company in 2002. He has over 16 years experience in Telecommunications Sector specialising in Mobile Network Design, Telecommunications Applications and Project Management. He graduated from the University of Texas at El Paso with a Degree in Electrical Engineering and worked for multi-nationals and prominent local companies such as Ericsson (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd, Lucent Technologies (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd, Hewlett Packard (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd and Celcom (Malaysia) Berhad. As the Chief Executive Officer and Acting Chief Operation Officer for Reach Integrated Sdn Bhd, Rizwal is responsible for overseeing daily business operations and implementation, leading revenue generation activities and delivery of all projects undertaken by the company. |

LEE CHEE WAH

Mr. Lee co-founded the Company in 2002. He graduated with an Honors Degree in Civil Engineering from Universiti Malaya, Malaysia. He has been charged to lead the Engineering & Internal Audit Department which is a crucial supporting arm to other projects related business units. He has over 24 years of working experience, including 12 years in design, managing construction and building of various Residential, Commercial & Industrial Properties. Prior to this, he was the Director and Technical Manager of Dynamic Building System Sdn Bhd, a company specialized in providing Low Rise, Wide Span Industrial & Recreational Steel Structures. From 1984 till 1996, he has also worked for various Consultancy, Construction and Development companies. During the initial stages of the Company's development, he was instrumental in deriving various mechanisms on which helped the diversification of the Company's businesses. He is also the the Company's Management Representative for Quality Management System. |

MAH KIM GUAN

Mr. Mah Kim Guan graduated from Technology University of Malaysia (UTM) with an Honors Degree in the field of Petroleum Engineering. Prior to joining Reach Integrated Sdn Bhd, he led Pentagon Engineering Sdn Bhd (then a subsidiary company of Hyundai-Berjaya Corporation Berhad) until July 2005 where he had gained vast experiences in managing an engineering firm with businesses in the Telecommunications and Oil & Gas Industries. He has also more than 5 year's hands-on working experience in the Multimedia, Telecommunications & IT Sectors as an Engineer, Project Manager and Project Director. Currently he leads the Company's Business Development Department. |

Ayu Baizura Zulkafli, Head of Administration & Corporate Finance Department, possesses a Bachelor Degree (Honors) In Accounting & Finance from the University of East London through collaboration with HELP University College Sdn Bhd, Malaysia. Her portfolios in the Company encompass issues relate to Administrative Policies and Standard Operation Procedures; Human Resource Management as well as Corporate Finance & Accounting. She has a double Bachelor Degree of Business In Accounting from Dublin Business School awarded off campus in Malaysia. Ayu Baizura's working experience acquired from conglomerates like KLCC Property Bhd (KLCCP) and Cement Industry Malaysia Berhad (CIMA) provides her solid foundations to excel in the field of her specialty. Her committed professional contributions in the Administration and Corporate Finance Department will certainly help to achieve greater heights in the Company's ambitious development and expansion programs. |

She is proficient in Auditing, Taxation, Financial Reporting, Management Accounting, Information System Development, Business Law, Entrepreneur Development Management, Business Information System and Accounting related fields. Prior to her present engagement with the Company, Rozila was attached to Pigeon Fly Communications Sdn Bhd, a company which is actively involved with Promotional Events & Advertisements. She joined the Company in 2006 as part of the Company's Accounts, Administration & Human Resources Department. |

ABDUL NASIR MANSOR

After obtaining his Honors Degree in Chemical Engineering from University of New South Wales, Encik Abdul Nasir joined Petronas Refinery (Terengganu) as a Graduate Trainee during which he had acquired extensive Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) knowledge with regards to safe working practices in a hazardous working environment. In 1995, he joined Samsung SDI (Malaysia) as Safety & TPM Coordinator, where he coordinated internal management programs as well as safety & TPM (Total Productive Maintenance / 5S) activities. Then, he was also involved in formulating & carrying out HSE programs to comply with ISO-14001 & OHSAS-18001 certifications. He was appointed as the Company's Head of HSE in March 2007 where he has been charged to derive the Company's HSE Policy and in the enforcement of Safety & Health Plans. He is also a qualified Safety & Health Officer and had attended numerous professional courses organized by the National Institute of Occupation, Safety & Health (NIOSH). |

NOR ASLIZAH MOHD JASMIN

Judging by her outstanding qualities and performance, Nor Aslizah Mohd Jasmin has been appointed the Head of Construction & Building Projects, which is one of the main businesses of the Company. Nor Aslizah Mohd Jasmin graduated with an Honors Degree in Civil Engineering from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM), Malaysia and prior to this, a Diploma in the same discipline from Polytechnic Port Dickson, Negeri Sembilan, Malaysia. Before her appointment to this position in the Company, Nor Aslizah gathered vast experiences by actively involved in many engineering designs, building constructions, supervisions and quality assurance & control programs besides being the consultant in the field of construction and building works. It is obvious that her confidence and dominance in this field of profession is quite notable, well proven by her prudent management and implementation skills shown in all projects undertaken by her. |

A qualified Petroleum Engineer by profession, Mr. Mah Kum Poi has over 14 years experience in the fields of Process System Control, Material Handling, Project Management & Implementation as well as Oil & Gas related projects. In 1993, he graduated from Technology University of Malaysia (UTM) with an Honors Degree in Petroleum Engineering. He currently holds the position as the Company's Head of Oil & Gas Projects, where he is responsible for all the Section's strategic planning, implementation and project completions as well as being involved with the necessary project procurement, marketing and resources planning activities. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Mah was engaged by Chung Hwa Picture Tube (1993-1994) as Process Engineer, Allied Resources Sdn Bhd (1994-1995) as Project / Sales Manager, Reimelt (1995-2006) as Project / Sales Manager - Process Automation and by Polymer Composite Asia Sdn Bhd (2006-2007) as Senior Project Manager. |

Voon's vast & rounded exposures and involvements in the Telecommunication Industries made him the choice person to lead this department of the Company. His valuable experience in this industry was gained through his active and committed involvements. He developed his management skills by coordinating the implementation & completion of telecommunications radio base station on a "full turnkey" basis. For project management of all sites development, from site acquisition, planning & design, construction and implementation stages untill completion and handover of network rollouts, Mr. Voon takes full responsibility in preparing & managing the project costing & budgetary plans, identifying the resources needed and delegates individual responsibilities to meet client's requirements as well as monitoring the outstanding payments with clients. |
